Tracking a process with exceptions, documents and prerequisites.

A Microsoft PowerApp model-driven app with data stored in Dataverse as a database.
It is used to input, modify, and analyse data relative to a team process.
Analysis is visualized in embedded PowerBI reports and is used for improvement of the processes.
